Dennis you better check again on what land you own.

There are permits around that Abstract #2293 and a pretty good well two abstracts to the south, hang in there it may be promising!

I have 50 net mineral acres on 35 T154 R103w just wondering if I'm getting screwed over because I have noticed a few more wells being put up. Anyone know who BUd Bringham is he wanted to buy my mineral rights off me and I just wondering was 500,000 a fair price.

did you lease to statoil? How much royalty did you get? and whats you 1/4, 1/4 call for the 50 acres? Have you got a division order? Are you getting paid any royalty now?

yeah see it was my moms mineral rights and she gave them to me a few days ago and just jump on here and started doing some research I have a lease agreement for 3/16

they stated with this one well and we got some alright checks at first and then they started to drop then this bud guy made us an offer to purchase it for half a million. so I figure I better get educated on my rights

We never took his offer and now I see a few more wells and I see that one well was like producing 400 barrels a day

Did your mother give you a mineral deed? If so you need to record it and send a recorded copy to Statoil, then Statoil should send you a division order, listing your decimal interest in the producing well or wells. Sign the division order and send in your tax form and bingo in a month or two you should be getting your mailbox money.

500,000 is a real offer I dont think he is making a weak offer but in the long run you may make more holding on to it, obviously Bud thinks he will if he buys it for that price. Still 500,000 is nothing to sneeze at. When you said the checks were pretty good were they as high as 20,000 for the month?

I have mineral rights in sw4/section 23-11N-20W Washita Co, is there any drilling activity in this area. Also what would be a fair signing bonus, I have a land man wanting to lease. Or if I decide to sell, what would be a good price for 6.666 acres. Thank you for any information you can provide me. Ann

Hi Bill, could you check to see if anything new is happening on Section 7 1N. 5W. I have paperwork for “new drilling and spacing units”…that is all I have but the primary lease is up July, 2014
