Thanks M.!
So the Springer and Woodford are both within the Mississippian system.
Got it!
Does anyone have any info on the new Vanarkles and their first sale dates??
They are doing good, decline not too drastic so far. We ended up with a higher allocation than expected on a few of them. Eventually CR will come back and do some multis with 17 and 8-2n/4w.
Thanks, Huey!
Has that Lowrance #2 in section 10 2N 4W completed??
All my royalty payments have been for āgasā the latest check included money for crude (not much). I have been told that a well that produced gas would never produce oil. Have I been misinformed?
Michael, not true. Many wells produce both gas and oil. They often lean more one way than the other and are classified as either gas or oil wells accordingly.
Does anyone have any information on Callaway 1-21H. Section 21, 1N 5W?
Michael, I visited the Lowrance 2-10H yesterday as well as the Vanarkle wells in sect 15. None have been completed. Service worker told me CR pulled frack tanks/equipment off Vanarkle 6 & 7 pad prior to commencing operations and not expected to return until January.
Ed,
Oil sales - 6/2015: 1439.47 BO; 7/2015: 2610.98 BO
Gas production - 6/2015: 158,174 MCF
NFX was completing a well in south half of sect 16 (Branch well?).
soonerpe,
Thanks for the information⦠Much appreciated.
Thanks Barnes. I will re-read the lease terms.
Sorry for the confusion Linda. Lot of pipes under Hwy 29. Vanarkle 2-15H-10X has surface location south of highway.
CR fracked Gentry well but have not tested or begun producing. Is that enough for HBP? Lease extension runs out next month.
Thank you Mr Hutchison.
I had been considering selling my rights to a company I thought was both intellegent and honest, kinda makes me go hmmmmmmm.
Johnā¦where did you hear or see this about sec. 16. I havenāt known about any of the SOUTH half. The only wells I know of drilled on 16 2n4w were on the north edge and went across sec. 9 and didnāt include 16 for payment. All the Branch wells that I know of were padded in section 21 and went across 16. Iām hoping there is one on the south half but I suspicion if it is itās probably going to 21ā¦hope you are right and I am wrong!
Looked like they were completing on north side of hwy 29. Lots of lights, cranes, equipment and noise.
Linda, you are correct. Doyle 1H-21X has surface in 16, completion in 21&28.
āPrimary termā under the lease extension was is still active when it spud and extends as long as the well is still āactiveā. Check you lease for the clause that includes that. Some have a 90 day limit for a well once it spuds, others have 180 days or no limit. However, if they donāt complete for a year, then it may not by HBP since there is not production.
First Vanarkle I believe was drilled in section 15 2n4w and the well was drilled just north of highway 29. Itās really hard to keep them all straight with so many of them being drilled and especially since they pad them in one and drill through others (sometime giving interest to those under the pad and sometimes not). Appreciate the information.
