Noble County, OK - Oil & Gas Discussion archives

What is the best way to get public records regarding intent to drill notices, spuding, and drilling? Is there a website? I couldn’t find anything on the Oklahoma Corporation Commission website.

Cynthia,

Are there other counties in Oklahoma that you would like info. on?

Clint Liles

Cynthia,

I’ll start posting intent to drill, spud reports, etc. daily for Noble County here on this Group website.

Thank you, Clint!

No, but thanks anyway.

Clint,

I would appreciate intent to drill and spud reports for Grant and Garfield if possible.

Thanks.

Cynthia The going rate will be different in different parts of the county. In the pooling order for 23-23n- 1w Devon was ordered to pay $400 for 3/16th or no cash and 1/5th. So far they have also filed paper work to get ready for wells in sections 1,2,3,10,11,12,25,27,28,29,31,32,36.

Can anyone tell me what the going rate is for a lease in Noble County – both per acre and royalty amounts? Are 3 year leases the norm, or should I try for a 2 year lease? Thanks!

Ron, I own mineral rights in Sections 2, 10, 11, and 15 in Noble County and I have heard nothing from Devon Energy or anyone else regarding wells or pooling!

Joseph I need a township and range ? n- ? e or w

Leasing slowed in 2011 did not see any for Devon . Who was leasing for them in 24n-1w ? There are some Co.s filing paper work for straight and horiz . wells in 24n-1w , but not Devon that I could see. Are you leased ?

Leased except for section 10. I was wondering about new leasing and drilling based on Cynthia’s comment last week

Sections 2, 10, 11, 15. All are 24N and 1W

I have interest in 24N-1W-S11. The Well is called Lyell #2-11. Operator is Range Resources Corporation in OKC.

I could find no production on the well in 11 yet. There are two wells in 9 that in the first month one that was under 9 did 5,982 BO & 33,820MCF. And one drilled from 9 under 4 did 6,143 BO & 11,758 MCF of gas.

Has anyone heard anything about how much oil Red Fork got in Section 14-20N-1E. The well is Jekyl & Hyde.
