Has anyone heard of or seen any order asking to establish a well location in Section 36-19N-2W or Section 35-19N-2W? Thanks
Todd, Devon has started the paperwork for 35. However, in 36 they have a pooling pending and are asking to drill 4 wells to test the Miss. formation.
Devon is also drilling a well on the northwest corner of Section 2-18N-2W, which is a mile from me. I would think my interest would more pertain to that well, but maybe they are going a different direction from me with the horizontal?
Thank you very much, db and Ron! So, since leasing is still going on in 26-15N-2W, does that mean they will pool the holdouts like me?
Pam, yes, they will pool you if you don’t lease and you will get notice if they have a good address to send it to.
Todd, they have a spacing for 25 but have asked for no pooling yet, so you might get another chance.
Ron do u mean another chance at leasing, pooling, drilling, or all of the above?
Stephen, how big is your interest?
Ron, I’ll have to get back to you. Have to pull out the paperwork. It was an inheritance split between others. Thanks for your input!
Todd, it looks like they started a multiunit well from 34 under 34 and 27 on 3/4/2013.
Ok thanks Ron, as always I appreciate your knowledge of this mineral and oilfield business.
I notice that ConocoPhillips has put their plans to drill off of the Alaska coast on hold indefinitely because of governmental regulations. Maybe they can talk Russia into demanding the U.S. return ownership because the USA feds cheated them in a royal manner. This is actually pretty good news for Logan County as well. Well.
According to the USA rig count today, there are 15 rigs drilling in Logan County.
Catherin, we’re barely hanging on!! heehee
db—it has been 9 days since our last post, are they vertical, horizontal, is the rig still there, do you have a pasture full of frac trucks? Curiosity is killing me. There has been nothing on the forum for a few days, hope nobody was hurt when they fell off the edge of the earth. We have been getting a little rain here, hope you are getting some too.
There’s six Sections Devon’s has on docket for Monday the 15th in 19N 3W. All, but one for location exceptions.
still drilling in 17n-3w, no change
db-----thank you kink says be patient but I’m not thank you for your input will talk in 9 days cath
I’m new to the group, does anyone know how the Crow Creek rigs in Logan County Section 27-18N-1W and Section 34-18N-1W are doing? How many BOD, etc?
LOL I wish I had more acreage, too, Harley, all I got is God’s Little acre, that is actually 1.86753485786333 acres.
