Has anyone heard anything about what Continental is doing in Section 20, Township 3N, Range 4W? In Garvin County. They finished drilling a few months back. What’s next?
Gregory… I don’t know about that one but Continental seem to put the fracking on hold for a few months on these wells around here. A few days ago they started running the coil tubing in the Vanarkel well at Section 15 Township 2 North, Range 4 West. This seems to be the thing they do right before fracking. Last night when we passed the wireline trucks were moving out and so I’m thinking they are ready to frack that one. That well like yours has been drilled for a few months so maybe they are about ready to finish yours anytime. It’s really in a good area! Best wishes!

If that’s Continental, chances are I can’t find out unless I go over that way and eyeball it. I might do that if I could remember where it’s at. Preston just cleaned my car up good yesterday for the funeral today, so not real anxious to get on those dirt roads too quickly. Maybe he’ll take me in his little toy car.

Does fraccing mean they’re going to recover the oil up to the wells?
Greg, fracing is part of the process of recovering the oil and gas. It is short for fracturing which opens up the shale or rock to release the oil and gas. Linda has a video she posted recently; maybe she will put it up again.

Rick, you, as usual, are correct. The floor has been set and derrick is in process of being erected pertaining to Cactus Rig 134 on Section 21, Township 3N, Range 4W. That will drill south into Section 28, Township 3N, Range 4W.
