Hatch, what section of 1/2 are you in?
Vicki, 14 and 23. We got the offer for 23. Donāt own much but a multi-unit in those two would be nice.

Don B, Garvin county has several section 13ās. You need to always include the township and range when referring to the section. And with that being said-Welcome to the forum! Itās a great place to learn with a lot of friendly and oilfield savvy people.
Things are just starting to heat up in that part of Garvin. Continental has been making well proposals and lease offers in 1N/2W through Red Sky Land. They were offering $800-1/8, $600-3/16 and $0-1/4, not bad for this early in the game. Iām holding off until they actually get down to business.
Hutch, I just signed a lease in 25 1n 2w. It was my last open section. Itās very small so I went with 0 and 1/4. It was with Red Sky. I did get the clauses added to the lease-- thanks to you guys on this forum. Sure wish my dad and his brother had known to do that. My dadās brother is an attorneyā¦ And he didnāt know to do that either. I guess back then they just didnāt know that was an optionā¦ I did have a letter from someone?.. Offering 750.00 and 1/4. I had already agreed to the Red Sky deal though.

Ah haā¦ There was an offer to lease for $750.00 and 1/4 in 25 01n 02wā¦ Thought there was! Freedom oil and gas- Artie Puckett 405-808-9675. Was fling things and just ran across it. Also offered 2750.00 and 3/16, 2100.00 and 1/5.

No, Hatch, didnāt take a cruise but just a couple of days in SE Oklahoma but Iām back now. 
Speaking of BACK, trying to get prayed up and ready for the spine surgery on Monday. 
By the way~I like your new name change but will probably stick with Hutch! Not much of one for change. lol
Linda, Our thoughts and prayers are with you. I can only imagine all the time roughnecking and running supply store must have contributed to your back injury. I injured my back lifting 4- 1/2" casing years ago and I never got over it. You hang in there and we promise to pray for a speedy recovery. Best wishes!!!!
