What does it mean when Cont requests hearing for Vacating Existing Spacing and Establish New Drilling and Spacing Units?
Tom Ed, I found the production #'s I was given from a VERY friendly and helpful lady @ the OCC a few weeks ago regarding oil for the Studdard-Feb 2909 bbl, Mar 14,662 bbl, Apr 10,835 bbl, May 9586 bbl. I donāt have any gas numbers. Kris thinks he has 2.5 acres. If he can confirm that with you maybe you can help him have an idea of what he can expect when DOās come out (which NFX told me would be Aug).
Jim or anyone else has been receiving offers in sec 25-1N-2W, whats a good offer? My family just got an offer for $250/acre to lease. Is this an acceptable offer?
They are currently pooling that section. Depending on the amount you own and the marketability of your title, I would likely hold out and take an election in the pooling.
I donāt see you listed in the pooling application, are there unresolved estates involved?
Laura, it means thereās a new game plan
Vicki,
Did Kris F contact you? I told him you were the expert. I did negotiate a 22.5% for he and Ali.
Ya its not in my name. Just doing some research for the family we dont know anything about this process.
Tom Ed, you over estimate my ability! He did call me today and it was nice to hear from him. I shared all the knowledge I had on the Studdard with him and told him I would call with the production #'s when I got home as I was in Norman when he called. As all of us struggle with, he is anxious to know how much his first check will be but he seemed unsure how many acres he has. I told him that when I gave him the production #'s that you could probably ballpark him on revenue. I will notify him of monthly runs that I have and maybe you can help him from there.
Vicki,
Kris and Ali have 2.325 NMI each. I drove a hard bargain to get them 22.5% and a good bonus. It was a present from Uncle Tom on my time.
Good for them! As I have mentioned to you before, I am glad they have you to help them with these matters. Iām sure their dad would feel the same way.
Rick, thanks for that info and link. That section is just across the street from where H&P 375 is currently drilling the Burch well.
Garvin: Continental Resources Inc.; Condit No. 2-5-32XH Well; NW1/4 SE1/4 SE1/4 NE1/4 (BHL) of 32-03N-04W; 152 barrels oil per day, 2,938,000 cu-ft gas per day; TD 17,626.
Here is a data point for those who watch purchase prices - Bridgepoint is offering $12,500 per nma in Section 7-3N-4W. Iām not selling, but the offer is interesting.
What is going on in section 9 of 2n-3w?
Mike-Newfield has a really long well planned to spud in 28, go through 21 and 16 and then halfway through 9. This will be a record breaker for length if they can do it.
Keep your ears open!
Linda, bless her heart, you could be right. Sometimes I think a little dementia could be a blessing. Actually, sometimes I think Iāve been a little blessed in that area. Lol. Well, maybe not REAL loud.
Linda, I talked to my cousin who lives in the Foster area today and he was telling me that Enable-formerly Enogex-recently bought 117 acres south of his mom and dadās house which is about 2 miles south of 29 and 76 intersection on 76 just north of Pernell. They are going to build a huge nat gas āplantā. Said they arenāt calling it a compressor station like weāve seen so much of in the area, but a large plant that will bring in a lot more pipeline leading to it. Said it would supply gas to surrounding municipalities. Anyway, they gave $10,000 per acre for it which is a premium for that area.
Wow. We seem to get a new offer in the mail every day on Section 25!
Has anyone heard what is happening in the section 23-3N-4W area lately? I know that Newfield had a permit to drill which was approved on 1/23/14 with an expiration date of 7/23/14. We keep getting better offers to purchase our mineral rights from time to time but have no intentions to sell.
Hey guys and gals long time no chatā¦hoping that you all are living well and wanted to see if anybody has any news on my section 20-3n-4w?? Any possible offers coming up??
