You are being notified that a mineral tract that you have an interest in is contained within a proposed Well Unit that is going through the Unitization process (aka Forced Pooling) through the WV Oil & Gas Commission. You can find the application on their website. Since you say you are already leased, you will be paid according to your lease terms once production begins. All interested parties are required to be notified of the hearing.
