Just received a division order today. In the effective date section it lists Date of Production, so I assume that goes back to its beginning production? Also, can you provide the production? That isn’t Keeling-Bunyard.
Thanks!

Hello Bill,
Is there any activity completed or in progress in Logan, Oklahoma southwest quarter of Section 32 Township 19 North Range 3 West?
Thanks - Arthur
I can only look at Texas, I can’t look at Oklahoma anymore.
Can anyone help me get a map?
I graduated from Levelland High School in 1949. My mother had an interest in a Terry County farm that was owned by her family members and minerals were retained when the farm was sold. My mother inherited her mother’s interest in the minerals when my grandmother died and my sisters and I inherited mother’s interest when she also passed away.
Since 2011, when I leased my minerals, my only effort to stay aware of what was happening in Terry County was as a member of this group. I do not know exactly where the land is because I was too young to do the driving when we visited the farm during my high school days.
As a member of this group, I get the idea that most oil and gas activity is on the western half of Terry County and as I remember, the farm was in the northeast corner of Terry County, toward Lubbock a few miles — then south.
The legal description of what I own is 25% of two 72-acre tracts “located in the South Half (S/2) of Sec. 80, Block T of the D&W Ry. Co. Survey.” I am seeking a map that will show where, in Terry County, the lease is located. When I tried, it seemed like the RR Commission needed an Abstract Number and the legal description says nothing about abstract numbers.
The initial 3-year term of the lease will expire this year but the lessor has the option of extending the lease for two more years, if he chooses.
Can somebody please help me?
Do you have the source for the OK info you used to access? I think it might have become too steep to continue with.

Any drilling activity or leasing going on in Kimble County (Junction Area)?
No new production and I can’t even check for leases because they don’t offer coverage for that county. I did shoot a 10-point buck out there last year though!
Yeah it got too expensive but I was using Drillinginfo.com

I believe strongly that your abstract is #971 that should help you. Good luck!

Is there any activity in Matagorda County, Texas?
I have an offer to lease my mineral rights in Block X, Sec. 4, HP Hilliard's survey., Midland County, Midland TX. Can you tell me the common offers and the high ones? I live in NM so have no idea. Thanks!
I cant tell you what things are going for out there as I have no idea. I do have a general idea of what is fair, what did you get offered?
There are a couple of good wells drilled in the last 24 months. There are no shale plays going on in the county but there are deep sands that are producing good gas and some oil. If gas prices move up there may be even more activity bc gas looks like the predominant produced product.

Thank you Bill, I have 70 acres surface rights in Matagorda County. The mineral rights owner has offered 50 % for 25K. Do you think it is worth it?

Give me a legal description, most important is the abstract number.
Bill, I’ve been offered a lease in Lincoln County, Oklahoma Section 18 T 14N R 2E.
Can you tell me anything about local conditions and activity?
The offered terms are for 3 years with bonus of $125 for 3/16. Is this market? I generally prefer nothing longer than 2 years.
I can’t look at OK, I can only look at Texas. Sorry I can’t help you.

300 per acre bonus and 20%.
That sounds pretty fair
thanks.
