Good morning Bill, very nice of you to offer to help all of these folks with information that the common person does not know how to obtain.

My questions are in Okla, Logan County, section 28-19 N-2W, any drilling yet? THis is in the Nemaha Ridge area.

Also Logan County, Ok section 3-15N-2W any activity, producing or drilling?

Good morning Bill,

My wife received a letter from Chaparral energy saying that they were looking into reopening a well in Okfuskee county OK section23-10N-11E and offered 20% net and $100 per acre bonus on a one year lease. There was also an offer to invest in the actual reopening of the well. I was wondering if there is any activity actually happening or of it was just sweet talk to get her to sign after a delay in renewing her lease.

I would appreciate any insight you may have,

Section 28 has a Devon permit for a woodford shale well but it hasnt been produced or rather there is no production reported yet.

Section 3 doesnt have any permtis but a section next to it does have a producing woodford shale well. Section 11-15N-2W has a Devon well that has been online since 2-2013 and production numbers through april of 2013 it has produced 1,180 barrels of oil and is making 10 barrels of oil per day in April so it looks like a very uneconomic oil well.

I see some old Chaparral wells that had some historic prodcution but no production reported in the last few years so I would guess they haven't done anything yet. I would probably take the lease money and royalty and hope they are succeesful at restoring production.

Bill this is cynthia again i just received a W-9 form Engelmann Land Services it said for payment

of non- executive mineral interest .For option to extend the oil and gas lease with weber energy

on 01/26/2010 i have never received the the first option money but my mother may have .with out us

nowing it we just got our rights in 2011. could you tell me whats going on A-456 101.25 acres.this

My family has oil and mineral rights on land in Yazoo County. MS Section 34, Township 10, Range 05W. There have been oil wells in and around our land for years but nothing received in terms of royalties by anyone in my family. Can you give me info about past and current drilling activity in this area.

I have mineral interests right outside Centerville Texas. Have about 1000 acres off highway 114 (only mineral interests). Wondering about any drilling activity. My lease will be ending soon. Any idea what the current price per acre is going for now?
