I inherited surface mineral rights in the Wilmington Oil Field held by Warren E&P/Warren Resources and I was receiving dividend checks. I hadn’t received a check in maybe a year and discovered Warren E&P website is gone and phone numbers are disconnected. I would think I should receive some notice as a mineral rights owner if they shut down? Any information would be helpful.
