We have experienced nothing but corruption dealing with mineral rights in Wv. and Wetzel County. Gas companies, attorneys, and government officials all involved in beating you out of your rights and money. The most difficult thing to accomplish is finding an attorney who is not affiliated with oil and gas companies in Wv. and will represent owners who have been taken. What makes it harder is we are actually located on the West Coast. Wetzel County has some of the best reserves below it and is and should bring the best leases and sales in the state. Nope they want to pump it for free and know most mineral owners can’t afford an attorney.
@Murphymj You may want to research WV oil and gas mineral companies, Petroleum Landman or there is some Oil and Gas Attorneys who don’t represent drilling operators.
