Hello, I own some minerals out here north of Idalou and was approached several weeks ago buy Turnberry Energy about them leasing my minerals. Met with them the otherday for them to present me with a contract and when I told them I wanted an attorney to look over the contract they said they had forgotten to bring something and they would get back with me. Since then they havent been returning my calls. Does anyone know anything about Turnberry Energy out of Ft Worth? Really sounds like a fishy deal to me...
I believe you Mr. Ross because I can't think of a single reason why you would misrepresent this. I think it is a wise decision to have your lease looked over by your attorney.
