Section 18 Township 50 Range 78. Lot 1 (38,62) 2 (38,55) E2NW, NE Have a lot of information about mineral rights that I am going to be getting. I have no idea what they are worth. Have many Sections and different Townships and Ranges all in Johnson County. Any insight as to how to go about getting an appraisal would be great.
If you use the search magnifying glass in the upper right, type in Appraiser. There is an association of mineral appraisers. I think at least one of them is in WV and knows the area.
