Cannot net e-mails on this discussion group.
What does this mean? I had been getting e-mails until about 10 days ago.

I have the same problem. I don’t receive emails on the Wilbarger County, Texas group or Stephens County group. Maybe I have got gremlins in my computer but I don’t think so.

Michael - I have pushed Forward several times. Had this problem about 6 weeks ago and finally I got emails again. Now it is off again. I have contacted the administrator I guess that is what you call him. He keeps telling me to push Forward. Nothing happens.

I always click on that ‘Follow-Email me when people reply’ and still don’t receive emails!!!

I’m glad to know I’m not the only one with this problem. I don’t think it is our computers as you say.
All of a sudden I’m receiving emails from Stephens County. HMM. Maybe the gremlins in my computer have taken notice.

Eleanor have you tried stop following, then close the page, open it back up and click follow? Have you restarted your computer?
Do you have Gmail? I heard they had a big crash this morning?

No I do not have gmail. This has been going on for about a week. I have tried your suggestions but nothing yet.
Resetting it by Stop Following and Follow sometimes helps.
With other forums that I participate in or help administer we have run into issues where some service providers treated the email as SPAM. You might try adding mail@mineralrightsforum.com to your “approved” message senders to bypass the SPAM filters. You may have to contact your ISP to point you to the correct method to do so.

Thanks for the tips. You’re a big asset to this Forum.
RT and the group have been working to recreate the problem and we haven’t been able to. Our software provider says there is not a problem and we only have access to our own email accounts - that are working.
Be sure to check your spam and junk folders. There’s a lot that has to happen/work that has nothing to do with the website.
Rick’s advice is good. Try to “Stop Following”, then “Follow” again.
We apologize for the inconvenience and will continue to work to figure this issue out.
P.S. - Remember discussions and comments are followed separately. Sometimes we have confusion in that area. If you are getting the comment notifications, that does not automatically mean you’ll get discussion notifications.
