I do have a question of soonerpe the figures you give are, for instance 280,000 MCF is that 280,000 units of Million Cubic Foot measurements - 280,000,000,000 - or is it 280 MCF. I am trying to use a spreadsheet I believe Mr. Hutch gave us some time ago and the difference in dollars is huge. Please explain.

Yep, Hutch, I caught ya but I canāt say anything because when I was in the seventh grade I got my first and only F in Grammar class because at the top of my paper I wrote Grammer with an E. Needless to say she was not my favorite teacher. That was one of the only times I remember my mom being upset with a teacher but upset she was! Poor spelling was a problem for me even way back thenāscarred me for life!!! lol
I received my Ely 1-12H Division Order on March 31, 2015, so you might want to chase that one downā¦

Jennifer, are Poteets anywhere near 1-1S-5W or 12-1S-5W? I got D.O.'s for 1-1S-5W (Hays 1-1H) and should be getting them for 12-1S-5W (Ely 1-12H). My D.O. came about two weeks ago.

Reference HK Doom:
I was told 3 weeks ago by Marathon mailing of the division orders had started for HK DOOM. Nothing arrived so last week I started the back and forth ordeal of getting them to release my division order. Hopefully I will receive the document next week. Will let you know on this site if I do receive.
You might have Marathon check the whereabouts of your division order. Get a project or inquiry number. This helps when trying to communicate with their personnel.
You also have interest in Clarence 28 1S 4W and Foster 29 1S 4W. I read a report on the Oklahoma Corporation Commission site where Foster tested out on 6/23, oil at 390 BPD and gas at 3541 cu. ft.

What does it mean when they re-complete something. Does that mean production from that well has started again?
Mineral owners do not get paid for injection wells as far as I know. Maybe someone else knows for sure.
If Doom is more than six months late, they owe you 12% interest if title is clear, 6% if there is trouble to clear up.
Yes, if they re-complete (and it is successful), then production will start again. Sometimes they re-complete and it fails.

Was wondering if someone could tell me what I was seeing this afternoon when we returned from Duncan to Lindsay. There seemed to be a location being built right behind the old Doyle Store on the north side of Highway 29 on what I believe to be the south edge of Section 16 Township 2N Range 4W. I know there was supposed to be a well drilled from 16 across 9 and 4 with sixteen getting none of it but I donāt believe they would drill on the south edge and go north all the way across 16 with no perforations there so was wondering/hoping that another well might be planned for Section 16 and going across to the north with at least a few perfs in 16. Does anyone have any knowledge about whatās going on there?
