There are other lawsuits involving operators charging for excessive deductions. I do not trust the operators.

I have some details on the CLR settlement that I received from people very close to the case. Contact me and I can share the info with you.
I have mixed emotions about the CR settlement since they have one of our wells and I also own some of their stock on the market. Robbing from Peter to pay Paul as they say. lol
GaryâŚwould also like to know your info. Sent you a friend requestâŚthought you were already on my friends list but when I tried to message you it said I had to be a friend so I guess I wasnât already.
On the Grady county forum this week there was a map someone posted supposing to show the leases filed in 2017 for the entire state, by township. It show there were over 50 leases filed for Stephens 1N 6W, which seems like a lot given so little talk of leasing that area this forum. Iâve probably seen this over the years, but someone please tell me how to look up leases filed, by township, or county. Our family has open interests in sections 4 and 5 1N 6W, and 33 2N 6W. Thanks, as always, for all the help from those of you in the know. Mark D
Linda, the settlement might affect the stock price short term but if oil prices stay up I donât think $60 mil is going to hurt their bottom line that much.
I am sure Mike is right about CLR stock and settlement. It is common practice that companies accrue moneyâs for such a Lawsuit in their financials and I expect they already took that settlement into last years numbers.
You guys are probably right. Sixty Mil. wonât go very far with the many mineral owners they have either.
60 mil will get each one of us 2 all beef patties, cheese, lettuce, pickles on a sesame seed bun; hold the fries. Drinks are on you.
It depends on where you own and how much you own, how many wells, how much they produce and how long theyâve been producing.
Mark , please repost that map or letâs become friends so it can be sent.
I own Minerals in Grady from my Grandmother . I donât want to get lost in the mix.
I will send you a Friends request. Please accept.
Tks
John
John My post was wrong. I looked again and the map says it shows the number (in ranges, like 0 to 20, 20 to 50 etc) Oklahoma leases in the last 60 days, by township. It was re-posted yesterday by Jimbo Jones on the Grady forum. You can see it there; it not mine to re-post. I donât know where he got it, or its accuracy.
I am wondering how a person looks up leases filed. Is there a Stephens County resource to review that lists the leases posted?
filed, that is, not âposted.â
2 nma, 5 1S 8W
12 nma, 31 1N 8W
6 nma, 33 1N 8W
anyone want to buy?
I found an old division order on some of my mother in law royalty where they drilled a well in 1990 on NW/4 NE/4 Sect. 29 , Township 4N Range 3 west in Garvin Co. It states her royalty to be (.0238095). When she passed away that royalty went to her kids. And another DO she received from another company for a well drilled in 1988 (Iâm sure both were vertical wells) which states her percentage in S/2 of section 29 4n3w. Her percentage in that well was listed as .00148810. Can someone tell me how many acres they were paying her on? We get some really small checks on one well and less than that on the other. Can someone tell me how many acres they are paying on? Thanks
Excuse me for repeating myself in the last post. Had my mind on something else while typingâŚHOW RARE! lol
Lots of interest in S20-1S-4W. Any insights?
Linda,
You have to have more info to solve for an unknown NMA.
Unit Size
Decimal Interest
Net Mineral Acres
Royalty Interest
To find any any of those, you have to have 3 to find the fourth.
Both Continental and Cheyenne have applied for spacing in 20-1S-4W.
Cheyenne also filed a pooling application.
There seems to be a renewed interest in many sections within 1S-4W.
