Shale operators continuing to find ways to increase efficiencies and reduce operating cost in this price environment. We have an interest with XTO in Carter Co where they are drilling 5 wells from one pad. They are drilling the last well while simultaneously fracking 2 of the other wells.

JosephâŚhubby ask someone about it yesterday before I knew the name and they said if itâs the Vitruvian (sp?) well that he thought it was that they were flowing it back but he didnât know any more than that (didnât know how it was doing up till now).

Randy, we are involved in something similar with CLR. It seems like dividing up the settlement would be an accounting nightmare. Do you know what formula they used to divvy it up?

I received 2 checks from Chesapeake today too. Not sure which wells they were but I guess Iâm happy they finally got around to sending them.

Gentry well was shut in 13 July through 26 October. Producing on a 28/64" choke for test.
M Barnes and everyone, Hope all is well! I want to continue the previous conversation you were having with Karen S. After the pooling, even if it was years ago; and now your HBP; and the description on the lease specifies the formation is only at 5,500 ft.; can you lease the lower formations?
K Dawn, If the pooling was for a particular zone, then you can lease above and below that zone-generally. If you leased, then that is a different story. Do you have the pooling order number? The wording is critical.
