I’m an out-of-state mineral rights owner with an interest in Doddridge County, and I’m looking for a recommendation for a local O&G attorney. I have a specific transaction I’m evaluating and a few title questions I need worked through before I proceed.
I’m not in a rush, just want to find the right person. Ideally someone with experience in Doddridge County mineral title work and deed conveyances.

I have mineral rights in Dodge Ridge County as well, we used Kyle Nuttall to review our mineral rights lease agreement with Antero and the terms they were offering at the time. I highly recommend him and others in this form have as well.
The value we received was his guidance regarding navigating the new lease with Antero, and making sure that we had a reasonable offer. At the time, which was back in 2015, we were complete strangers to the process. He was very knowledgeable. He assured us the offer was reasonable (at the time) and we felt comfortable. Also, he was an attorney that specifically concentrated on the West Virginia area. The peace of mind was worth it.
