after finding my father to be heir of mineral rights my question is for over 50 years the land has been in use and yet now EQT wants us to sign a lease agreement but my question is what about all the money we lost cause they did not research all the heirs and how do i get back payment this is in tyler county wv

I imagine you are out of luck when it comes to collecting any past royalties.
