Paul. We have a producing well with Anadarko that includes part of Block 2, Section 31. Expect them to continue with additional wells.

I donât see any production in the immediate area but Apache has an approved permit (July 2016) to drill an exploratory test well (35183) next door to the S/W.
If your mom is getting lease offers thatâs possibly a good sign that the test well had a good showing. I wouldnât lease just yet until some news leaks out about this test well. Itâs hard to tell what the bonus should be at this time for this area.

R. Eiland - Yes. Resolute has drilled one more horizontal well, the South Mitre 02 2102H and has another well permitted, the South Mitre 2 Unit 2404H. The South Mitre 02 2102H went to production in October 2016.

R. Eland - The Resolute investor presentation at http://www.resoluteenergy.com/downloads/January%20IR%20Presentation%202017.pdf shows the locations of the wells drilled and planned for 2017 as well as production for several of them. These have been very good wells.
Tom - if you mean Block 59 PSL, we have 1200 acres immediately north of you in Section 32, 33, 34.

R. Eland - Thereâs also the North Mitre Wolfcamp Unit L07H that has been permitted by Resolute. It has a surface location in Section 22 but runs through Section 21. It has not been drilled yet that I can see.

Three Rivers is an established operator that bought much of Conocoâs acreage in Northwest Reeves into Culberson.
