Is this producing? If so, ask the company. Not too far from areas where Antero and Noble are leasing and drilling.

Checking a database I have a subscription to, I see that this trust LOVE WINSTON A FAMILY TRUST
has another 1/4 interest in this property; perhaps they would like to buy?
