I was offered $12,500 for my Mineral interests in Lubbock County by Platform Energy. It’s one half of an undivided 1/2 of the usual 1/8 of royalties under all of the W/2 of Section 6 Block D. Is anyone else around Lubbock County getting offers? Is this a good or bad offer?
