Was wondering if anyone could help me. I have a will that needs to be probated in Oklahoma from my aunt who died in 1987. I’m not sure what the cost is or what other information is needed but hoping someone can advise me. Thanks.

Jeannie,

Did your aunt only have property in 1 county? If so, call the Co clerk office and ask what the cost of filing is. If it was probated in another state, you may need an attorney to look it over and be sure it has all the information.

If she had property in different Co, you will need to file in each county. The cost of file maybe as little as $13 and go up from there. I don’t know of any co that is less than that now, but their maybe some.

Devon Energy Production Co. LP; Sullins 1-21N-1E No. 1MH Well; NE1/4 NW1/4 NE1/4 NE1/4 (BHL) of 01-21N-01E; 359 barrels oil per day, 335,000 cu-ft gas per day; TD 9,398.

Ron, Sullins 1-21N-1E any news about Misener-Hunton formation?

Yes Each section will get their share just like if the well site was on their section .

Question on 21N-1E. Devon filed intent on sections 2, 3, 10 and 11 from drilling site on section 2. Does everyone in the four sections share in the production?
