This is an update on status of dispute regarding Nicholson/Severin (1/16) = 1/2? Currently at West Virginia Supreme Court. January 9th, we were informed of arguments granted, Rule 20. Each side has 20 minutes to state their case. Not on the docket as yet for 2026, just waiting for a date assignment.
I am a Severin party. Our royalties have been suspended since October of 2020. My great-grandfather, bless his heart, could never have imagined this transaction would ever be questioned.
