This is an update on status of dispute regarding Nicholson/Severin ,(1/16) = 1/2? Currently at West Virginia Supreme Court. January 9th, we were informed of arguments granted , rule 20. Each side has 20 minutes to state their case. Not on the docket as yet for 2026, just waiting for a date assignment.
I am a Severin party. Our royalties have been suspended since October of 2020. My Great Grandfather , bless his heart, could never have imagined this transaction would ever be questioned.
