I am part of pooling on 335 acres when will royalties start, when they hit the first time, or, do they wait until the entire 335 acres is complete?
I moved your question over to the Wetzel County topic area. Royalties generally start about a year after the spud date of the well. May be more or may be less. It depends upon if only one well is drilled and then frac’d or if they drill multiple wells from the same pad and then frac them all at once. That will take longer.
