Hi. I was contacted by a company who is looking for heirs of my deceased grandfather who has claim to a well in Tyler County, WVa. They need me and the other heirs to sign Affidavits of Heirship, but we aren’t signing anything without legal counsel. Can anyone recommend a reputable firm we could contact? I found one that charges $350 for consult.
