Does anyone know what minerals are going for in NE Jefferson. I received some interest from my late aunt. They are trying to determine exactly how much. Its 2 tracts in 4S-5W and 5S-5W. Any thoughts?

At this writing, I think offers will be few and far between - The last sales I have was in 2012 and 6-4 was bringing $4,800 (sale) but other areas only $1,000 per net mineral acre.
