We own mineral rights for 52 acres in Mingo County WV . We currently have a 50 year lease with Booth Energy in negotiations with Coal Mac and Consol . Our lease is for coal . Surface auger and deep . We have not received a royalty check since 1985 . It is Miller Creek Mine . Does anyone else have mineral rights there and have you received any royalty checks . We recently got an offer to buy our mineral rights . We are aware there is gas and oil in the area. I would appreciate any information .
