Is anyone buying or leasing mineral rights in Marion County or surrounding Counties in WV now?
There is some activity in Marion County, in the Western Districts, but for the most part, Marion is pretty slow. If you can provide a little more information, district, etc. that would be helpful.
Several parcels in PawPaw District in Marion County and possibly in Battelle District in Monogalia. Thank you.
