Update on adkisson 6.5 miles west of mulhall, Devon, horizontal, mississippi lime. They are installing the downhole pump now, instrumentation being commissioned, flowback crew on location.

As stated weeks ago to lease at 350 was to cheap and now we are seeing that the production rates do warrent much higher lease price.Way to go Kaye! you listend to what I posted.Now as for the boom to start,H & P are moving 6 rigs to Logan county in the next 30 to 40 days so im told.The Osage well north of cresent is making 1300 BOPD.Very good insentive for increased drilling.

I just didn’t get a good feeling that they were making me a fair offer at $250. or even when they went up it to $300., both @ 3/16th. and am glad I had you and Virginia help guide me through this wild world of oil and gas! update on Adkisson 6.5 miles west of Mulhall. Well has production piping connected to tank battery, water tanks plumbed into the SWD well. Still commissioning instrumentation. No production yet.
We’ve been offerred $300, $500, $530 and $570 per acre (all with 3/16 royalty) by four different companies—with the latter three offers coming within the last 3 weeks, for our mineral rights in Logan County.

We have had Osage Exploration contact us about mineral leases. Has anyone dealt with Blue Dolphin oil company? We have had offers of 350 and 450 bonus per acre with 3/16th royalty and now hearing and now hearing from others in Logan County.
Gee, this Board is really heating up.
Was wondering what the lease rates were for 17N 1W - Logan County and if there is any impending drilling activity in that area ? If so, who and what section?
Also, same questions for 18N 1W - Logan County.

I think you can get more for your lease than 450 right now.
Regarding Blue Dolphin Oil Co, I have not dealt with them directly, but they are out of Houston, TX and have pipelines. Not sure how long they have been drilling on shore. Maybe someone else can tell us.
