yes should have been Dec 2011 not 2013
Per month. yes, per month I had other interests in my high school math classes.
Ron Will need one inch Thursday
Marlo All I could find was the Jane 1-26H which was started on 12/18/12 by Slawson in 26-17n-3w.
a well was plugged in 26,
,carey well
Is there a way to determine the status of a well? ? Last I read there was one in flowback but that was December.

Thanks All
Drove North on 74 from OKC to Covington late yesterday afternoon. Two large tanker trucks and a frac unit on the site immediately to the East of the highway 1/2 mile north of Skeleton Creek that were not there yesterday morning. Gone this morning. Someone should be happy.
There was a pooling in section 9 that ordered the Oil Co to offer $650 for 1/8th or 550 for 3/16th. So if you can’t get that and the right terms in the lease you could wait for the pooling . They also have a pooling pending on section 5
Sundance Energy in 9 & 5
Okie, yes SE 1/4 of NW1/4
Okie, we live in section 9, They have set up another deep drilling rig on Phiffers place (which is also section 9) last night it looks to be operational today.
Sendero is in Edmond, OK, has been around a long time and has connections to almost everyone.
Over in Payne County — They have drilled wells in 31,30,29,22 & 20. 29 tested 465 BOD & 320 MCF, 31 tested 690 BOD & 879 MCF.
Thanks Ron. Think I got it now.
A lot of direction where Logan is heading can be seen in what Payne County is going through I think. For example, is this correct? In Payne County, “…We have sec 31 18n 3e is the same as the 31 that tested 690 BOD 875 MCF?..” yet the operator is re-working it because of lower than expected production??? Also re-working section 30 because of the same reasons? If this is correct, (I am hopefule someone will tell me I am wrong,) but if that is correct, it is certainly my kind of thinking. LOL Settling for the unacceptable is just plain unacceptable to me.
Claude I think OK has a site but there is a subscription fee, which I would not object to paying, but the whole process is just not worth my time when I know it will come down on this site eventually for Free, and if it does not, it won’t be worth knowing anyway.
30 to 90 days,occ will post production,
The 690 BOD test was 31-19n-4e
This isn’t Cathy but----the Ruffed Grouse in 20-17-3, was waiting on production test back on 6-1-13. How long do the mineral right owners have to wait to find out how good the well is? Does Slawson have to notify the state when they complete a well and the state takes their time putting the information out, or do we have to wait for a division order to find out how good the well is? I have seen comments on other wells as to the amount of production, where do I find this information?
A lot can be learned in other counties and even states sites, I like Payne County, seeinsashow both arms of the Kaystone Pipeline originate there. Todaqy there was a PERMIT FOR RE-COMPLETION, whatever the heck that is, listing no less than 10 formations, and they are,
Payne recompletion
1 CAMPBELL LOW 1550
2 PERRY
3 CLEVELAND LOW 4200
4 OSWEGO 2 4400
5 SKINNER LOW
6 MISSISSIPPI LIME 4870
7 WOODFORD
8 MISENER 5140
9 VIOLA 5210
10 1ST WILCOX 5300
Also it is a little note-worthy that when I first appeared in this site, I thought the drilling depth was a tad over 10,000 feet deep, but of course that is not true. It is only roughly 5,000 feet until the do-si-do and then the remaining roughly 5,000 feet is all horizontal. I do not know off the top of my Indiama Jones Hat what the actual depth is, but it is just a bit over 5,000 feet? (For those who read faster than they think, that is a question mark.)
Ms. Witt, I believe you are correct. The disposal of the drilling waste can be very expensive because many things underground you would not want on the surface. You did not mention extra payment for the soil farming, so I would assume that it was just another freebie that the lessor is looking for in the lease, just as the lessee may want the free use of water, free use of the surface for pad and road, pipeline easements or being able to use a dry hole as a salt water disposal well, included in the lease, for no extra charge. I would recommend that an oil and gas lease be limited strictly to the minerals themselves, all else to be negotiated separately, when and as needed.
