they have leased every three years since 04…was told by corporation commission that I can’t get out of the lease. There is drilling all around us ((13-14N-4E) but they haven’t done anything. One person I spoke with at Chaparral Energy said there was a huge pocket of natural gas and oil on us. They are leasing at 125 per acre and 3/16 royalty. Brenda Your lease is up in Jan. 2014. If you get a chance to release you need to change some terms in your lease.
You have to wait and see if it runs out in Jan. To start read and understand the second from the last paragraph in your lease.

All: What is the current or recent sale value per net acre of mineral rights in the county, especially if the acreage lies near Calyx Energy’s planned horizontal well, the county’s first? I’m hearing numbers ranging from $600 to $1,000 or more. “Friend” me if you wish to respond privately.

Does anyone have information on Energy Equal drilling in section 1-33 the Huton formation and if it looks promising?
Energy Equal has file for a spacing for 33 put no pooling yet . Here are some completion reports for wells close to 33 .

George Need section, township and range
Sections 1,2,3,10,11,12,13,14,15-16N-3E are close to Tryon.
A lot of leasing in 16n-3e in 2012 and some in 2013 but no spacing ,pooling or permits.

Roni: Yesterday I sent to you a “friend request”, in that I also own acreage in 33-14N-05E and spend extensive efforts in following the action involved with this Legal Description.
Roni: Assuming that you do not wish to go the friend route, my only public comment suggestion to you is to take the highest Royalty Percentage offered from the eventual Poolin Order and know that Equal Energy (who will be the eventual Operator) is a fabulous Oil Company who is having substantial success in the nearby contiguous Sections.
