Pamela, weāre next door neighbors in 15N 4E. I have a small interest in Section 23 and it is producing from the Owasso Lime (gas well).
Pamela The tracts listed may be held by production there on some wells on them , if so you should be getting checks. 29-14n-5e was pooled on 12/27/12 , here is a copy . Do you know any of the name listed on the last few pages?
Sheila There was a Pooling filed by New Dominion in section 17 on Sept. 12, 2012. In it they were ordered to offer $200 for 1/8th or $175 for 3/16th.

Our father is #9 on that list and yes, I know of quite a few of those "unknown"s, they are distant cousins who Iāve not had any success in tracking down, or I know they are deceased but not how to contact their children. Some I have old adrs for from past leases in Garvin Cnty Iāve seen online. I will get in touch with Equal Energy asap.
So this is a pooling on a new well? So how can I find out about those other wells you mentioned?

My brothers and sister and I have mineral rights in Lincoln County S13-T14N-4E that is leased by Chaparral Energy. They have had the lease since 2005. Does anyone know of any activity there or can you tell me why they keep leasing and donāt drill?

It looks like Equal Energy is leasing now if the property is not under production.
I would start by contacting Chaparral and see if they wanted to Lease again and then contact Equal Energy to see if they would make a better offer.
We received an offer from Summitt Land Company on minerals located in 24-15N-5E for $125/mineral acre and 3/16 royalty. The lease is for a 3 year term. These minerals are from the Thomas Murphy family estate of which there are many owners. If you are one of those owners, please reply because together we can make a better deal on these minerals.

Can anyone tell me why the judge hasnāt approved a pooling order in sec.11-14N-4E? Iāve seen the documents but just donāt understand whatās going on. Thanks.

Sheila, pooling order was under Altex Energy Corp. Feb. 5, 2007, and if Iām reading it correctly, expanded the original spacing ordered in 1987 to 640 acres [Stavros 1-11H].
In June 2010 Equal Energy took it over.
I may have worded my question incorrectly; what Iām wondering about are the hearings regarding the pooling that are on-going. Last one was in June, next one is scheduled for Aug. 14.
Any info will be greatly appreciated.

Ron, that does help, tells me they are looking to pool the unit. Does that mean there was no production for a few years previous?
Martha, Sullivan Land is a broker? New leases means-what? I thought Stavros 1-11H has been in constant production? Is this for a new formation/depth? The last pooling order I saw for 11-14N-4E was in 2007 and changed the spacing to 640 acres for the āHunton common source of supplyā, and it looks like to me they wanted to drill a new well that could be more efficient. Am I correct? The one other thing is the judge ordered all royalty owners to get 1/8. Maybe this is what the hearings & new pooling request are about? Or am I reading this all wrong?

11-14N-4E. Most recent leases over the last two years have been for three years and 3/16th royalty. Taken by Sullivan Land Resources (2012) and Equal Energy US, Inc. (2013) A whole bunch just filed in May of 2013
Sheila If you are leased you wonāt get any notice of pooling . Pamela the protest could be for anything. Could take a long time could be quick .
