Any information on new leasing in Marshall county, been getting a lot of offers to sell?
I have been getting offers to sell on a regular basis. I have declined. It is really not as easy as it seems to sell, I don’t think. I enjoy the little royalties I receive and use them to fund non-essential items that I might not otherwise purchase to support my hobbies.
Offers will vary across the county due to pending horizontal activity. If you give the township, then it is easier to get a better answer.
It’s Cameron district last time was 4500 for the Utica and 3500 for the Marcellus so 8k an acre
Tilden capital sent a letter offering up to 25000 an acre, I was intrigued but they started out at 8k an acre I said I get that from the lease that expires next year but after looking at what taxes I would have to pay I’m much better off holding off on selling
