Nothing on Barney 1 26H27?

Barney 1-26H27 finally made it's first hydrocarbons yesterday. 128 BO, 0 mcf and 1,034 water. Today it made 125 BO, 0 mcf, and 985 water. Just 30% of the load recovered so the numbers should be going up. I noticed it had a 900 mcf flare!

Is this good?

Wondering if anyone knows of any activity on SE/4 of Section 24, Township 2 South, Range 8 East. Was included in the force pool document for this lease but as of yet have not even received a lease check from Husky. If someone finds well information on this legal, please give me the API. Thank you.

Sally yes, that is around a 12% oil cut. Once they get this well hooked up to a good pump, looks very promising.

My name is Troy Curtis, a landman, with Concho Land Company in Freedom, OK as well as Oklahoma City. I thought while times are slower, I would offer to help with any questions people may have in general and post my email, conchojobs@gmail.com for any and all questions. I also wanted to offer our services for individuals in need of mineral research or help with production related concerns in all Oklahoma Counties and the surrounding states.

XTO is still very active in the 4S-4E area which should be where you were talking about.

Anymore activity is sections 26,27,or 28 in 4S, 4E?

Troy:

I too wonder if there is any activity at SE/4 of 24-2S-8E in Johnston County?

Thank you.

Connie

Connie,

It looks like Husky Ventures had some activity in the Section and even went as far as pooling the SE/4 and still seems to be a valid pooling. Whether or not they will drill the SE/4 before the pooling expires in March/April, I am not aware.

Troy

I own min acres in 3-4S-4E. Is there current leasing going on there?

If so, what are the bonus and royalty generally going for? Do you know generally what kind of production is being had?

I have mineral rights in 3-4-4 and have not had an offer lately. There was a well drilled there by Bankers Petroleum that had casing problems that could not be fixed. I wonder if that has scared off further interest especially with prices so low.

Cooper; thanks. do you know about what they've been paying? DB Glass

I have seen offers in the $600 per acre range nearby about 8 months ago.
