I received an offer for my mineral rights from Tenmile Land and when I try to go to their website my computer shows it as a threat. Also does anyone know if there is any activity in Sardis District Harrison County, West Virginia. If Tenmile is legit, it appears something is going on, given the offer I received.

There have been over 1700 leases in the Sardis district in the last 12 months. Offers to buy usually mean that something is about to happen. Most likely more horizontal drilling. Antero is picking up many of those new leases and has horizontal wells pending in Eagle district just to the east.
@maryannl55 I would recommend against selling your minerals at this time, as development activity is increasing in the Sardis District of Harrison County, West Virginia. You will likely receive additional mineral purchase offers, as buyers often try to acquire minerals at low prices before drilling begins.

The closer to development, the more purchase offers you will receive, which may be higher offers.
