Interpleader petition filed by Patriot Resources re Secs 2, 8, 10, 14 and 22 of Block C-1

My family has a royalty interest in these five sections in Block C-1.

I'm interested in learning more about this litigation, including issues related to the 1927 Mineral Deed from Lynn Eddins to John Borden.

I am particularly interested in hearing from folks who know something about the various conveyances made to and by Jack Walker during 1948-1949, and the following chain of title:

Lynn Eddins to John Borden in 1927, then

Borden to his company Ventures, Inc. in 1946, then

Ventures, Inc. to Cecil Cothrun in 1948, then

Cecil Cothrun to Jack Walker via several deeds in 1949 (dated 4/21/ 1949 to 5/2/1949) and at least one deed in 1950 (there could be more), and

any and all post 1948 conveyances by Jack Walker of interests in these five sections in Block C-1.

I'm hoping to locate other successors-in-interest to the interests of Jack Walker. I'd be happy to communicate with their counsel as well.

[I 'm a lawyer in Georgia but this inquiry is strictly personal/family business]

Thanks,

Carl Crowley
