Horizontal under vertical well

Hi, The prior discussion of new horizontal well in the same section as our vertical well timed out recently. Update-The 2 White Sands #22-39D horizontal wells cross through Section 34, Block 35, Township 4N in the East Half (E/2) of the township in the same area we have the Theodore Davis well and deed for the E/2 that the 50 + yo lease says “any Strata” and 3 year shut in. IKE says we are not included as it stopped producing and the lease expired. My thought is that the wells went into the property before this argument . You don’t need an oil & gas attorney located in Dawson County. We just worked some issues with leases in Dawson County and our oil & gas Attorney is in Sn Antonio. Find a good one that is close to you.
