Gas Well just off my property, do I get Royalties?

Wayne, WV here, there is an active well about 30ft from my land, do they have to pay if it's that close to my land? I have my mineral rights but every time I call they give me the run around. I'm also almost positive a gas pipeline is running under the corner of my land but they have told me it is not(even thought I can see it). We are gonna get survayed soon but the county clerk said we should be getting royalties, we have owned the land for almost a decade. How do i check all this to be sure, also if they owe us money what can we do about it?
