Greg, sounds about right, Shelly doesn’t return my calls anymore. They say the squeaky wheel gets the grease, I think it’s more like the squeaky wheel goes to the end of the line.

Gregory, it would help someone answer your question if you mentioned the name of the well or the location

Richard, not clear what you are asking but if delay is their fault it’s 12%. If problem is on your end, title not clear etc. interest is 6%.

Grergory…Don’t know if Shelly told you that Newfield sends their check out on the last business day of the month so you will probably get yours around the 2 or 3 of the month or a little later according to where you live. If you decide later to have it direct deposited you will get it on the day they send the others out I suppose. We’re still having ours sent snail mail. Have you gotten your Division Order yet? When you do get them filled in and sent back in as soon as possible. Some have gotten checks before DO’s but most get DO’s first.

Floyd 1-8 was 10bpd. The Floyd 1H-3X was 445.

Did anyone see the production report for the Floyd? It showed to be producing 10 barrels per day…is that correct?

I talked with a Shelly with Newfield in their “Investor Relations” department 3 or 4 times about different things. Could it be that they both have a Shelly or am I totally confused?

Hutch…I’ll look that up in my notes tomorrow. Who knows I might have been talking to CR and their Shelly might have stuck in my mind but I’ve been asking for Shelly w/Newfield and they’ve been letting talk to some lady???They may think I nuts!!! lol And they may not be far from right! lol

Linda, Shelly is at Continental.

Hutch…I’ll tell you like I tell my husband a lot “It looks like you would get tired of always being right!” But I looked in my records and you are right again~Shelly does belong to Continental. I guess the times I talked to her was when I was contacting CR about our leases with them. They must have thought I was bonkers when I called Newfield and ask for Shelly. They just gave the phone to some lady I guess that ask if she could help me. lol

THANK YOU CHARLIE!!! I’M NOT NUTS, HUTCH~NANA,NANA,NANNER!!!@%#$%%^^&&%$$

No, I’m talking about Shelley at continental resources. I been calling, pestering them for quite some time now. And they finally let me speak with a Shelley lady. Any who, continental hasn’t sent a dime yet. I haven’t received D.O.'s either. Hopefully something gives for October.

There is a Shelly Yech at Continental and she is the Supervisor of the “Division Orders” department. There is a Shelly in Customer Relations at Newfield and she works there with Margaret. Both nice Ladies. Shelly at Continental is way too busy, I think, to take calls.

What is going on in Section 17, 2N-3W? if anyone can tell me I appreciate it. Newfield is there I understand.

Studdard 1H-20X spud Sept 18, 2013

Rig is on the Studdard according to what mine and Vickie’s eyes told us on our tour. Isn’t that the one that is not going to perforate in Section 17 but will in Sec. 20 and is it 29? Since P’s mom only has a third of an acre and a half in 20 we haven’t gotten too fired up about it but I guess that’s better than nuttin! The rig sits high upon a hill so it isn’t hard to see from a long ways off when coming down Highway 29 (it’s on the north side of the road)

Back in the spring Chris Moore put together a spreadsheet of pooling results in Garvin County. Chris, have you kept it up? If so, would you mind letting us have a copy of the updated spreadsheet? It was a great help to me!!

Preston just called and said his friend at the golf course said he just received his check off of the “Tolbert” well (hope I spelled it right) and he was tickled as he got more than he was expecting! That’s always nice! He bought himself a new set of golf clubs and is talking about a new golf cart. Congrats!

This is a map of wells for 28 4N 4W and surrounding sections that was filed with spacing application.

Lynden…I see many of my neighbor’s and past neighbor’s names on that map. So are those past wells as well as present and future or ???
