Garvin County, OK - Oil & Gas Discussion archives

Ladies I’ll let you know when I receive my DO for the Hayes. Should be soon, right?

Rhonda, I was thinking they might mail them out in Aug so they can pay in Sept and avoid the possibility of paying interest.

So did my Aunt but I got that info from Owner relations this morning.

Ms. Wood first sales on the Terry 1H-14X was April 2015. Approximately 6 months would be October for division order mail out. Hays 1H-5XX first sales March 2015. Approximately 6 months would be September for division order mail out. Thank you

Thanks Rhonda. I talked to Newfield today. Should be getting DO on Hays in September and they pay at the last of month. Hopefully will see check by end of Septmber if lucky.

Use the Well Browse Dattabase to find info on the different sections. It helps if you know that a well is being drilled and what the name of the well is.

Rhonda…I’m not sure what section or sections it will be. Her land may actually be considered in Stephens Co. as her house sits on the west side of the Garvin/Stephen’s County line south of Highway 29. I don’t know where the land around her that she sold lays in there but the house and 40 acres she has left is up for sale now. I guess it would be in 2n4w on the east edge of Stephens line (maybe section 23 or 24 but I’m not sure). I read in the newspaper about a new flood down there being called the Woodford/Hunter Flood and since her last name is Hunter put 2 and 2 together when she said she sold nearly all her land to the oil company. Believe to start with she had about 120 acres including the house and 40 acres but she may have owned more. Hope I’m not confused about this and welcome any corrections if I am.

Starting to get checks from Continental from the Keele well…yippee! Owe so much to my grandfather who died in the early 70s for passing this inheritance on to his children and grandchildren.

Sondra…are you related to our good friend Jo Ann Hunter who owns royalty in 2n3w in Garvin? The land she sold to the oil company is becoming part of the Woodford/Hunter flood I believe.

Just offered $ 10,000.00 for 31 03n 04w. Not selling…

Woodford/Hunter Flood? What section/sections?

Must be something going on starting to get more buy offers for minerals in 01N-01W. $3000/acre.

We have received offers to buy our minerals in S20, 21, 29 & 32 1N 1W also. Newfield & CR are leasing also.

Our property is 1N 1W section 13. Any thing there?

I received division orders for Hays 1H-5XX yesterday.
