Rick, if that’s the case then I am happy for you! Are we still on for Saturday? Karla- Choate 1H-26X 48 bbls oil & 90,000 cf gas.
Just read the results of the Choate well in 2N 3W in today’s Oklahoman and it sure doesn’t make the outlook for 2/3 look very bright. Hope NFX can wave their magic wand like Linda’s report of the Studdard indicated to make it a better well. I have no minerals in that section but 1, 3, 6 of 1N 3W which is very close to the Choate.
Vicki 4-1N-3W is going to be the big producer in 1N-3W!
Thanks Vicki.
Just wishful thinking Vicki! lol
We just need the current activity to drift further south.
We would actually be better off going further to 1S-3W.
We are still on for Saturday!
Vicki,What were the numbers?
Rick, they’ve not started drilling in 4 yet, have they?
Hi Rick,
I see Rose Wall OK (my LLC) has interests in 4-2N-3W (Rose-Vose#1) and 4-2N-3E. With horizontal drilling, Rose-Vose #1 seems to be all over the place! Hard to keep up, but am trying. I enjoy reading the comments. Thx,
Pat
Hi Gary. Welcome to the forum! I have an interest in the Studdard as well-not as much as you-but in 20 & 29. The gas amt Linda gave me was 4 mcf. I received notice yesterday as you probably did as well from Crutchmer & Barnes that the well is complete and the percentages are 49.0696% for 20 and 50.9304% for 29. Now that’s what I call splitting hairs! With 5 acres, you should get some nice production checks for awhile!
Took a picture of the HP rig 375 this afternoon. One sign says Explo Oil, INC. Paschal Taylor No. 1, No. 2, No. 3, No. 4, No. 5 Section 23-1N-1W
Garvin County, OK
I am curious as to what the numbering 1-5 means.
Gary…you will need to go back a few pages on here but you can read how after they worked the Studdard over it is doing a LOT better. I’m thinking it was somewhere around 500 bbls. of oil a day and don’t remember gas amounts. That first check which you get after six months or so for approx. the first four months production will probably be down from what you get in the future because it will probably reflect the time they had it down for the workover and also the low amounts it gave up before the workover. Hope this helps! Best Wishes!
Gary, depends on how many acres you own and how good the well is. A good well could mean more wells in the future. For some people it means a little extra income for others it can be life changing. For a person with even 5-10 acres multiple wells could make ypu a wealthy person. Just don’t spend before you get it!
Gary…come to think of it I may have posted those results on the Stephens Co. forum by mistake. They are so close in distance from NE Stephens to the west edge of Garvin (w. edge of the bottom of the T anyway that I sometimes do that when reporting.
It means there are 5 wells there numbered 1-5.
That rig should be drilling a new well, the Havens 1-23-26XH.
Division orders are out on the Williams 1H-7X well. 7-2N-3W.
Chris,
I doubt it… But look at the lease. I’ll bet you find this in it (or a full Mother Hubbard clause)
"It is the intent to lease all of Lessor’s interest in Section Township Range "
She should have (or may have) modified the lease. Changed to Intent to lease 3 Net Mineral Acres +/-10% should have taken care of the true purpose of a MH Clause and satisfied both parties.
Oh, duh, didn’t catch that. I’m a little slow~no, I’m a lot slow!
Correction lots? Legacy offered me $12,000.00 per in 7&8.
I understand there is more that one Legacy so be careful if your intention is to sell.
Well in the last couple of years. There is 1 horizontal on 7-2n-3w that also covers 18-2n-3w. There is 1 vertical in 8-2n-3w.
There is not a well there yet, Linda.
