Come on Hatch, we’re on Garvin here. LOL. Seriously though, thanks guys for the link. I found where I leased with Dudley 4/11 so my lease is up this month but since I don’t subscribe I couldn’t view the lease to see if they had the option to release @ the old amount. Didn’t know back then not to take that option. If anyone can view that I would appreciate knowing (I probably will know soon) if they have that option or if I get to negotiate a new lease. Hatch, you know I’m just jackin with you-right?

XTO bought mine out from Dudley, maybe they have yours to Vicki.

If your lease is up this month I’m surprised they haven’t contacted you. Maybe you can release and get a better deal.

If you are talking about viewing your lease and exhibits on the CC website they got kind of a pay per view, $1 per page, credit cards accepted.

It is free to open an account. Log into your account and in the upper right it will say 0 Tokens. Click on that and a page opens to purchase print tokens, no minimum. You can print the pages or save to your computer and print later if you want.

Oh, yes, that’s right. I had forgotten that.

Good work Vicki!

Sooo, I want to extend a huge thanks to Karla (which I have already done privately) for letting me know the leases were nearing expiration in 17 2N3W, and also to Hutch and Linda for informing me how to view my leases on okcountyrecords.com. Hutch, I was given 8 tokens per month for residing in Garvin Co. and didn’t even have to buy tokens to view. Anyway, I saw that my lease actually expired 3/11/14 that had been assigned to XTO. Yesterday morning I attempted to call them to ask what the game plan was (there was no option included in the old lease for them to do a 2 yr extension). I sat on hold for 20 mins waiting to speak w/a landman, got tired of waiting, hung up and called Hal Smith Group, who I have always had a VERY pleasant experience with, and after they called NFX to confirm that it was a legit expiration of lease, I negotiated the best lease I have ever had-thanks to all my BFF’s on the forum that taught me what to ask for. I got $1500 ac with 3/16, and all the bells and whistles like Pugh clause, depth clause, post production expenses, etc. I first asked for $1800 but they balked @ that and I didn’t really care because all the things I asked for, they gave without arguing. I am so proud of myself and thankful to Karla cause I didn’t know the lease had even expired! Thanks everyone for all the knowledge you’ve shared w/me the last one and 1/2 yrs I have been a member of this forum!! That’s my happy story for the day and it’s been a long one @ work so I am now off to bed, in case you can’t tell by the way I am rambling. Seriously, I am so glad I found this forum. BTW, the lease we did w/Dudley 3 yrs ago was for $300 per acre. What a difference a little time makes, huh?

Way to go Vicki, I’m happy for you!

I LOVE HAPPY STORIES AND THINK THIS ONE WILL HAVE AN EVEN HAPPIER ENDING!!! THANKS FOR SHARING VICKI!

Vicki, it takes a village! Yeah for you!

I don’t have mine yet, but when I get it, will be asking for my 12%!

Does anyone have an interest in the Williams 1H-7X? Covers 7-2N-3W and 18-2N-3W.

Looking for DO info as it appears to be right over 6 months since first production.

Rick, I know Tom Ed Moore was on the forum about two weeks ago saying the 6 months was up.

Rick,

I spoke with Newfield and they are aware a penalty will have to be paid on request. Poor title work made them start at square one. The first sale was 2 9September.

Newfield says they are working on them now and thee should be out “shortly”.

Here is something different. From NYMEX Rulebook on crude oil futures. Seemed rare enough that some might want to look at or grab.

12% on 4 months production seems like it could be a pretty penny.

Be careful about putting too much weight into the test numbers. There are several things that are both on that report and are not on that report that can impact the final production numbers. Way above my pay grade even if I had all of the data.
