Garvin County, OK - Oil & Gas Discussion archives

Thank you, Chris. Very informative!

Yes, hopefully for those in the Williams 1H-7X they will go out in the Newfield checks sent out on Monday (the last business day of the month). That’s when Newfield said their checks were sent out. Got your wish list made?

I like those numbers Chris. Don’t know if you heard we are getting 9 more wells in 17-2N/4W

Chris, thanks for the dance, ready to do one for you too!

My direct deposit was available today from NFX. Anytime the last business day of the month falls on Monday the deposit always hits my acct on the Saturday before. Tom Ed, from what I heard the Williams 1H-7X made a heck of a good well. Don’t recall the exact #'s but I’m sure you know. Spoke w/my cousin yesterday who lives close to the Studdard and he said they put a workover on it about 2 weeks ago, so my fingers are crossed that maybe they will raise those LOW production #'s some. He was told by someone “in the know” that it actually came in around the same as the Williams 1-19, but that"s strictly hearsay.

Tom Ed, hope you and Vallory can join us @ the Mont on 4/19.

I just posted this on the Stephens Cty forum, too, but since I have land in both counties, here goes: Can any of you who are landmen–or anyone who’s knowledgeable about mineral rights inheritance–help me? I’m wanting to know if anyone has ever heard of splitting up royalties and lease/bonuses within the same section. In other words, giving the rights to lease/bonuses to one family member and the rights to royalties to another family member. This would be pretty unusual wouldn’t it?

It is D day for the Williams 1H-7X in 2N 3W. First sales were 29 September. I called and was informed that they did not have a W-9 from me. Had nothing but hell with Newfield. Friday was forced pooled in Grady county by them and it was trust land, but pooled as husband and wife. We are the trustees. Trust was first filed in 2007.

The Williams 1H-7X came in at 1059 bbls 51 degree gravity oil and 3117 mcf gas.

Already have a permit for a second well.

What direction is the permit for?

Same direction through 18 & 7

Tom Ed…It that 1059 BOEPD or bbls. of oil for the Williams? If it’s bbls of oil that is MIGHTY FINE!!!

Linda,

BOEPD. Was contacted by NFX and I will get 12% if requested(DUH). The DO has to be reaffirmed. $300.00 surface with mineral tax sale buy.

Williams 1H-7X test rates 1059 BBLS oil and 3096 mcf gas adds up to 1575 BOEPD. Divide the gas rate by 6 and add to the oil rate for BOEPD. Pretty fine!!!

Tom, Linda,

The 1059 is BOPD (Barrels Oil Per Day) instead of the BOEPD (Barrels Oil “Equivalent” Per Day" that is used in the stockholder reports.

It has produced 75K barrels through January averaging about 620 BOPD.

Like I said “MIGHTY FINE”!!! Congrats!!!

Charlie, they are multi-units with 20-2N/4W. Surface locations are in 17. Production will come from both sections.

Thanks so much Hutch !

Hutch…will the new Poteet that has it’s pad in Section 8 2n4w have more perforations in 172n4w than the others that start in the middle of 17? I was assuming it would.

Charlie, although Hutch probably answered your question you might get more input on it if you moved it to the Stephens Co. forum (that is unless you meant to write 2n3w instead of 2n4w).
