Wow. That’s just sad. You’re right Karla, that’s not good for any surrounding sections, not to mention mineral owners. Could you refresh my memory on what form # you pull up on OCC website to view that?
Divisions, oil and gas ,databases then put the information in for section and county.
Does anyone know what the purpose in reopening would be? I would think to work on it, but not sure. Seems odd to reopen when they just closed. lol Thanks for posting Karla.
Completion report, oil 79/gas 348. Not good news foe section 17 2N 3W!
Yuck, if that’s right Karla, hubby’s mother’s little 1/2 acre will take her a long while to be able to buy a lolly pop!
Vicki, Hutch said that was probably good news. Hopefully going to try and rework to improve numbers.
Karla, did it specifically say the Studdard? After seeing where you got the information I think it is more like reopen a case not a permit to reopen a well. I found on the docket a motion to reopen an interim order for sec 20 and 29. Do you have the CD # on the one you are talking about?
That was the one. What does that mean? It just said the sections not Studdard. I’m dangerous.
Occweb site, under dockets.
Weekly dockets and toward the end.
Sometimes they issue interim orders that will be reopened to finish up after the well is complete. This always happens with multi-units that have a production split because they can’t order an exact % of production until after the well is complete. I wouldn’t write the Studdard off yet in some cases the production will improve after the completion report. I don’t think it is a reflection on the whole township, Newfield still has a lot going on in 2N/3W.
Anyone know of activity in Garvin 30-2-2? Had an inquiry for lease at 3/16 and $250 bonus. Any information?
Thanks, Don. Guess we are on the same page! I appreciate your reading and understanding, and will stand by too.
Pat, Don, 26-2N-3W is 2 miles west of you and pooled for $1500, 35-2N-3W is just south of it and it pooled the same. 28-2N-3W is 4 miles west of you and it pooled the same. I’ve turned down more than those $1500 pooling numbers on property 4 miles WSW.
Pat,
That is only a partial address. In Garvin it will be 2N. So it could be 30-2N-2E or 30-2N-2W.
Pat, I have minerals in Garvin located in 30-2n-2w and have been
offered same terms for 3 years with 2 year option. I’m hoping the
offers will get better. The action may be moving this direction. But, what do I know. I can’t even type this comment in single space.
Karla, how did you access that motion?
Thanks Hutch. I the mind is a powerful thing, wishful thinking.
I heard someone say that the reason that Continental were being so tight lipped about how their wells are doing is because they still don’t have all the minerals leased up that they want to lease in the SCOOP.
Catchin em faster than you can string em again, Rick? lol
