If you will go to OCC site and get to your well, all those API numbers are what is filed. Like the first thing is a permit to drill, #2 is Notification of well spud, #3 completion report, #4 cementing report, #5 is survey report. If you are looking for the production records, this may not be filed for several months. Once the production records come online, you will have to call Junior or Donna at OCC and get the number for whom is buying the oil and gas.
Thanks for the map Ron!! I found our place rather quickly, right there next to Highway 74. Very cool. Tracy, congrats on your minerals producing so well. I wish you, as well as everyone on here, the best of luck now, and in the future.
Thanks, Chad and Ron too! It is an exciting time for mineral owners in this country, and I’m thankful that my grandparents and parents had the foresight to hang onto their property and mineral rights. I hope the best for everyone as well… it’s time the “little man” got something for their hard work, common sense, and integrity!
Mr McKenzie, You mentioned today that in Garfield County there are several sections that were active including section 17. We own mineral rights in SE4 of Sec 17 - 20N - 8W How would we find out if or when any horizontal or verticle wells are active or planned close to us? Also, I believe you mentioned there is a paper that contains information that is helpful. What is it and how is it available? Thank you for all your input on this site. Randall
RM Not much new in 20N-8W going on that I could find at Okla Corp. Comm., the paper was the Daily Oklahoman which is online. It is under oil & gas in business section.
Have you heard anything regarding a well being drilled in Section 12-21N-3W, Garfield County? I think Limestone is drilling it. Haven’t seen any report on it.
