Going through old documents and I see I inherited some mineral rights in Garza County, Texas.

The Southeast One-forty (SE/4), and the South Thirty-eight acres of the Northeast One-fourth (NE/4) of Section 1311 TTRR Co. survey, Abstract no. 338, Garza County, Texas

Do these mineral rights have any current value?

I appreciate all of the help from those of you in the industry.

Luke, similar to Montana, there is a Texas RRC GIS web site: https://gis.rrc.texas.gov/GISViewer/ A-338 in Garza County shows no current activity as well.
