This post is mostly an FYI to others since I didn’t see anything already on it. I hold a fair amount of net mineral interest north of Rivesville and have seen no interest in the area for some time. I was recently contacted by NNE and now Expand Energy as well. It’s good to see interest in the area return, and even better, it would seem, with more than one player. Competition is good. I’m curious what contact others are having.

I have been feilding quite a bit of interest on my interests in the area as well - nothing from Expand yet, but bot NNE & AMP have been in frequent contact - After some back and forth-particularly on royalty language/addendum items, I have signed a few of them w/ AMP - a few more to go yet, will probably do the same.
Thank you for your response. I’m not familiar with AMP and so far have had no contact from them. I’m just really glad to see the area active again.
That’s good news. I just signed with NNE on some land in the Lincoln District near their Upton drilling pad. I also have some mineral interests from my grandfather just southeast of Grant Town and NNE has the Great Lakes well pad not far from that piece.
I’m not for sure, but it would seem to me that the Green Lakes pad is what the Rivesville area interest is about as well.
