EQT Pooling Agreements

Does anyone have an EQT Pooling Agreement that they have signed and are willing to share a copy of? I have successfully defended myself against two partition suits by EQT (lawyers involved) and am willing to sign a pooling agreement, but not under the terms they are demanding.
